atovio Pebble Upgrade Offer: Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the atovio Pebble upgrade voucher. By claiming or using a voucher, you accept these terms.

1. The offer

Eligible atovio Pebble owners can claim a single-use voucher for 50% off the listed price of one atovio Nino or one atovio X. The voucher applies to a single unit.

2. Who is eligible

Customers who purchased an atovio Pebble between 24 November 2024 and 1 October 2026. Eligibility is based on the purchase date recorded on the atovio Pebble invoice.

3. How many vouchers you can get

One voucher is issued per eligible order. A customer who has purchased eligible atovio Pebbles across more than one separate order may claim one voucher for each such order. Where multiple eligible atovio Pebbles were purchased within a single order, that order entitles the holder to only one voucher, regardless of how many atovio Pebbles it contained. Each voucher is single-use and is exhausted once it is redeemed.

4. Using the voucher

• Each voucher is single-use and non-transferable.

• A voucher applies to one unit only: one atovio Nino or one atovio X.

• Vouchers are redeemed at checkout on atovio.in. A voucher is consumed on its first successful use and cannot be reused.

• Vouchers are non-stackable. A voucher cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, sale, or offer.

• Vouchers have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.

5. How to claim: Online purchases

If you bought your atovio Pebble online, claim through the self-serve page:

1. Provide your full name, order ID and the order date so your purchase can be verified.

2. Post a genuine review of your atovio Pebble on the platform where you got it from.

3. Upload a screenshot of that review on the same page.

Once your purchase and your review are verified, your voucher is issued to you on the page. The review must be genuine and reflect your own experience. atovio may decline a claim where the review cannot be verified or appears fabricated.

6. How to claim: Offline purchases

The self-serve page covers online purchases only. If you bought your atovio Pebble offline, or received it as a gift, the page will not be able to issue your voucher automatically.

To claim, email to support@atovio.in with proof that you own a genuine atovio Pebble. Acceptable proof includes [confirm accepted proofs, for example a dated purchase receipt, or details of how and when the device was gifted to you].

atovio will review your request and, once your ownership is verified, issue your voucher by email. This route is handled manually and is not instant. 

7. Verification

Claims are checked against atovio's purchase records. atovio may decline or hold any claim that cannot be verified, that appears to duplicate an existing claim, or that shows signs of an altered or invalid proof of purchase.

8. atovio's rights

atovio may verify eligibility before issuing or honouring a voucher, may withhold or cancel any voucher obtained through ineligible or fraudulent means, and may modify or withdraw this offer at any time.
