We have a 7 days return window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, the products must be in:

Once we receive your request, our support team will review and verify the issue.
After approval, the return or exchange request will be processed, and a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours.

3.Β Β Β Β  Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will attempt pickup within 1–2 business days. Please ensure:

oΒ Β  The product is packed securely in its original packaging

oΒ Β  All accessories, documentation, and components are included

Note: The courier partner may decline pickup if:

oΒ Β  Original product or accessories are missing

oΒ Β  The product shows signs of excessive use, visible damage, tampering, or misuse

4.Β Β Β Β  Refund of the order
Once the product is successfully picked up by the courier partner, and the QC of the product has been verified, the refund shall be initiated within 3-4 days to your original payment mode in case of a prepaid order and the refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising the request in case of a cash on delivery order.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeline, please follow the steps below:

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us once your refund has been successfully initiated.
  • Refunds to the original payment method for prepaid orders may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Fee

A return processing fee of β‚Ή300 shall be applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Returns raised due to change of preference or the product being no longer needed.
  • Returns raised due to the reason as did not feel any change after using the product.
  • Returns initiated for subjective reasons, including look and feel, minor colour variation, or design differences from images.
  • Returns where the outer packaging is damaged, but the product remains structurally sound and fully functional.
  • Return requests submitted outside the standard return window, subject to approval.
  • Returns where the product is inspected and found to be fully functional and free from defects.

This fee covers logistics, handling, and inspection costs incurred during the return process.

2.Β Β Β Β  Replacement Policy

Β·Β Β Β Β Β  In case a product reflects a technical issue, one can raise a replacement request within 15 days of the order delivery. A fresh replacement will be dispatched to the customer. This will be provided post physical examination of the product and if there is no issue found, same unit will be dispatched.Β

Self-ship process

In cases where reverse pickup service is not available at your pincode, you may be required to self-ship the product back to us. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and secure return:

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, our support team will notify you and request that you self-ship the product.
