Who is eligible for the upgrade voucher?
You are eligible if you purchased an atovio Pebble between 24th November 2024 and 1st October 2026.
Eligibility is based on the purchase date mentioned on your atovio Pebble invoice.
How many vouchers can I claim?
You can receive one voucher for each eligible order.
Can I use the voucher to buy more than one product?
No. Each voucher can be used for one unit of either atovio Nino or atovio X.
Why do I need to submit a review?
The program requires customers to share a genuine review based on their own experience with atovio Pebble.
Your review must be authentic and posted on the platform where you purchased the product.
What if I purchased my atovio Pebble offline?
If you purchased your atovio Pebble from an offline store, the online self-serve page will not be able to verify your purchase automatically.
You can claim your voucher by emailing support@atovio.in with valid proof of purchase and ownership. Your claim will be reviewed manually, and the voucher will be sent by email once your eligibility is verified.
Can I use the voucher more than once?
No. Each voucher is single-use.
Once successfully redeemed, the voucher is considered used and cannot be reused.
